Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mailsonmine.com and portal.mailsonmine.com (together, the "Service"), operated by MailsOnMine. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MailsOnMine is a unified email client: it connects to email accounts you already own (Gmail, Microsoft 365/Outlook, or any IMAP account) and lets you read, search, organize, and send email through them from one interface. MailsOnMine is not an email hosting provider and does not create new mailboxes for you.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication — it's available for every account and required for administrators.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and old enough to do so under the law that applies to you.

3. Connecting third-party accounts

When you connect an email account, you authorize MailsOnMine to access it (via OAuth or the credentials you provide) solely to provide the Service — syncing, displaying, searching, and sending mail as you direct. You represent that you are authorized to connect that account (e.g., it's yours, or you have permission from whoever administers it). Your use of each connected provider remains subject to that provider's own terms.

4. Plans and billing

• The Free plan connects one email account at no cost.
• The Premium plan removes the account limit and is billed annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date via the billing portal.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, malware, or unlawful content through connected accounts.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network, including through the Service itself (for example, attempting to make the Service connect to internal or restricted network addresses).
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Violate any applicable law or the terms of any connected email provider.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or shows signs of compromise, with notice where practical. Suspension preserves your data; termination initiates the account-deletion process described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your own account at any time from account settings.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free — mail delivery in particular depends on third-party providers outside our control. We provide support on a best-effort basis, with priority support for Premium subscribers.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailsOnMine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of email data held by a third-party provider you connected.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
